An anchor is essential to safety and an overall successful boating experience.  The Revolution Anchor ensures a safe, pleasurable, and environmentally friendly solution.

Our release anchor is an integral piece of  your vessels safety equipment.  The release system will disengage the chain from the pivot point allowing the anchor to be pulled out of the obstruction from the rear.  This provides for a safe and efficient anchor by releasing as needed and reducing the chance for damaging reefs.  For the overnighter, the release mechanism can be place into a mooring position which will convert the anchor to a traditional fixed anchor for the evening.  Prior to our release anchor, a hung anchor would result in loss of your time and money.  No longer will you have to replace the lost rope, chain, and anchor. 

It is recommended you carry at least one anchor on your vessel for all necessary situations.  Ideally, an additional anchor should be carried at all times for backup purposes.  When purchasing an anchor it is essential to look for quality construction features such as, heavy duty components, strong material, strong welds, and marine grade 316 stainless steel.  Use the largest size anchor that your vessel's anchor locker can handle.  Also, please ensure that you size your anchor to be able to withstand heavy weather when needed.
